Jacob Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Aloysius College (2016) and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Science from Marywood University (2018). He is board-certified by the NCCPA and has professional experience in Urgent Care medicine, Cardiology, and Stroke Neurology.

A Masters prepared Physician  Assistant  and Registered Nurse  with over 40 years of Healthcare experience, including  Emergency,  orthopedics,  Spine, neurosurgery,  Hospitalist, thoracic  surgery and urgent care.  Bill  has worked in areas as diverse  as  Alaska to Yemen.  The Patient experience is always the first priority with Bill.

Charles (Chase) Smith, PA-C, is an internal medicine physician assistant and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Chase received his Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. He worked as an emergency medical technician for two years before going on to complete his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pa. 

Crissy Davis, a native of Johnstown, graduated from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA in 2004 with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Science. Ms. Davis is board certified by NCCPA and has experience in Pulmonology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care Medicine.

Taylor received a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences in 2017 from Saint Francis University. She is board certified by NCCPA, in addition to ACLS and BLS. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has background experience in Pain Medicine and Musculoskeletal disorders, in addition to Urgent Care medicine.

Christin graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
She is NCCPA Board certified, ACLS, PALS, BLS as well as FMCSA Medical Examiner certified. She has experience in Primary Care and Urgent Care Medicine.
