Dr. Zajdel was educated at the University of Pittsburgh, then at Spartan Health Sciences University and completed Family Practice residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Zajdel, who loves and excels in outpatient clinic medicine and procedures, joined our iCare team in August 2014.

Kristy Ilgen graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. She went on to do a family practice residency at UPMC Altoona. She then spent 4 years as a hospitalist at UPMC Altoona. She has a background in addiction medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is ACLS and BLS certified.

Dr. Nakhal obtained her Bachelor in Science at the American University of Beirut and her medical degree at the University of Balamand in Lebanon. She completed a Family Medicine Residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA. She provides primary care for all ages, women's health (contraceptive management and gynecologic care), and performs orthopedic and dermatologic procedures. Prior to joining iCare, Dr. Nakhal worked in a community health center for 5 years providing care to underserved patients in the Boston, MA area. 

Dr. Milligan, originally from Erie, PA, earned his Bachelor's in Spanish and Chemistry from the University of Utah, followed by his MD from George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at UCLA and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Informatics. With a passion for the intersection of technology and healthcare, he has served as Chief Information Officer for multiple institutions, successfully implementing AI to enhance clinical care.

Dr. Prasko, a Cambria County native and mother of five, graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completed her AOA Internship and Family Medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Prasko brings iCare over 30 years of combined experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care.

Dr. Malhis received a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Aleppo.  He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Pulmonary Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital and Critical Care Fellowship at Lahey Clinic.  
Dr. Malhis is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.

Somer graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her BS in biology in 1999 and Marywood University in 2001 with her Physician Assistant science degree. She is board certified by the NCCPA and has background experience in pre-operative medicine/anesthesia and urgent care medicine.

Ms Ling received a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Science in 2004 from Saint Francis University.  She is board certified by NCCPA and has background experience in Neurosurgery, Orthopedic/Sports Medicine and Urgent Care Medicine.

Calli Smith graduated from Saint Francis University in 2020 with her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Science.  
She is board certified by the NCCPA.  She is also ACLS, BLS, and FMCSA medical examiner certified

Carly Fecik graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2021 with her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Science. She is board certified by the NCCPA. She is also BLS and FMCSA medical examiner certified. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has experience in pediatrics and family medicine. 

Rebecca Serre is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from Duquesne University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and from Chamberlain University in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Nursing. Rebecca is BLS and ACLS certified. She has background experience in critical care, gastroenterology and wound care. 

Kaitlyn Donoughe is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who received her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Saint Francis University in 2021. She has background experience in Spine and Pain Management. She is BLS, ACLS, and FMCSA certified. 

Kimberly Hrabic received a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Science in 2011 from Saint Francis University.  She is board certified by NCCPA.  ACLS and PALS certified.  She has experience in Emergency Medicine.

Brianna Leahey is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2015 and a Master of Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University in 2018. She has background experience in Trauma Surgery and Family Medicine. She is BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and Critical Care Medicine Certified. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Ashleigh Hoffman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from IUP in 2017, followed by a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Mount Aloysius in 2018, and a Master’s in Nursing from Purdue University in 2022. Ashleigh has a strong background in Prehospital and Emergency Medicine

Reagan Bowlen is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who received her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Seton Hill University in 2020. She is board certified by the NCCPA and a member of the AAPA. She has background experience in Family Medicine, and FMSCA certified. 

Vincent Capone is a highly skilled Physician Assistant in Central Pennsylvania with expertise in internal medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, behavioral health, and trauma surgery. He earned his degree from Saint Francis University.

An Army veteran with leadership experience, Mr. Capone is a clinical preceptor at Saint Francis University and a Fellow of the AAPA and PSPA.

Laura Himes is a board-certified Physician Assistant, having earned her degree from Gannon University's Physician Assistant Program in 2016.

With certifications from the NCCPA, FMCSA, and BLS, she brings a wealth of expertise and professionalism to iCare.

Laura has a strong clinical background, specializing in urology and urgent care medicine.

Sara McConnell is a Physician Assistant that is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
She obtained a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University in 2018.
Sara has background experience in outpatient Internal Medicine.
